dreamfaceai.com provides AI-powered headshot generation Services. Our platform processes the information You provide, including the images You upload, to create professional headshots using artificial intelligence technology.

4. Access to Services

dreamfaceai.com offers various plans for AI-generated headshots. Our Services are purchased through a single transaction and provide access to AI-generated headshots solely based on the product(s) and number of credits You have purchased.

5. Third Party Providers

To provide certain features of dreamfaceai.com, We utilise a number of third party service providers, including but not limited to payment processors and technology providers. By using dreamfaceai.com, You agree to Us disclosing Your information where necessary to provide Our Services to You and as set out in Our Privacy Policy.

6. User Content

By uploading images to dreamfaceai.com, You grant Us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store Your User Content solely for the purpose of providing Our Services to You. We do not claim ownership of Your uploaded User Content. The training photos you upload are used to train the AI model and automatically deleted after seven (7) days.

7. Payments

Our Services are provided on a one-time payment basis. To generate Your headshots, You must have at least one credit in Your account. You can purchase credits via the checkout process. Each credit will generate at least four headshots. Additional credits can be purchased at any time.

8. Refunds

Refunds are only available for unused credits in dreamfaceai.com's sole discretion. If You receive a refund for an unused credit, that credit will be deducted from Your account and You will not be able to use it in any way, including to generate headshots. As the generated headshots are made available without watermark immediately upon generating, We cannot offer refunds after headshots have been generated using Our Services. To request a refund for unused credit(s), please contact Us at hey@dreamfaceai.com.

9. Disclaimer

While We strive for high-quality results, dreamfaceai.com does not warrant, and cannot guarantee, that it will be able to meet all Your requirements, or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in these Terms are expressly excluded and disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Intellectual Property

Once You purchase generated headshots, You own the rights to them and may use them in any way you wish, unless otherwise prohibited by law or these Terms. However, the dreamfaceai.com technology, including algorithms, software, and design, remains Our exclusive property.

11. Prohibited Uses

You must not use dreamfaceai.com to generate images for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or offensive purposes. If you violate these Terms, We reserve the right to immediately, without refund, terminate Your access to the Services, including any generated images.

12. Limitation of Liability

dreamfaceai.com and the Services it provides, including any generated imagary, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from Your use of Our Services. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount You paid to Us for the Services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Us for any loss suffered, including consequential loss, arising from Your use of Our Services.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate Your access to dreamfaceai.com at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time, and any changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued use of dreamfaceai.com and Our Services following modification of these Terms constitutes Your acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
